Exchange Policy

All products purchased from HavenWear are eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase, subject to the terms outlined below.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Only size exchanges are allowed.

  • Items cannot be exchanged for a different product, design, or color.

  • Exchanges are applicable if:

    • The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery, or

    • The customer wishes to change the size.

Exchange Request Process

  • Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery to initiate an exchange request.

  • All exchange requests must be made via WhatsApp only at 0318-2883504.

  • Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Exchange Methods

We offer two exchange options, depending on service availability in your city:

  1. Rider Exchange Service

    • Our rider will collect the item and deliver the replacement simultaneously.

  2. Warehouse Exchange Service

    • If rider service is unavailable, the customer must send the item back to our warehouse.

    • Once received, the replacement item will be dispatched.

Exchange Timeline

  • Exchange processing time may vary depending on stock availability.

  • Exchanges are dispatched once every week.

  • After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on your city.

Exchange Charges

  • HavenWear will cover all exchange charges if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • For size exchanges requested by the customer, all return and delivery charges will be paid by the customer.

Non-Exchangeable Scenarios

Exchanges may not be accepted if:

  • The request is made outside the specified time frame

  • The product has been used, washed, damaged, or tampered with
